Our Process
Starting with our expert staff, highly-trained and equipped field technicians and digital network-based operating system, CCMT delivers the top concrete moisture testing services all over Canada. We use a six-step process that includes:
Step 1: Customer Assessment
A CCMT representative will determine the testing scope for your projects by asking a series of questions. They will find out how large your site is, where you are located, and what tests you will need so you can get moving on your project.
Step 2: Generate Proposal
Our project manager will put together a proposal and presentation of all the work we will do and the costs. The project manager will help you understand everything that is involved in your project so that you make an informed decision.
Step 3: Testing Coordination
The CCMT project manager will reach out to all parties concerned with your project to make a testing schedule. The project manager will organize our team of field techs to get all the testing done on time to fit in with the logistics of your project.
Step 4: Data Collection & Reporting
Test results will be uploaded to our digital network-based operating system by the field tech. The data will be analyzed, reviewed, scrutinized and finally approved by our team. The final data will be organized into a report and sent for certification.
Step 5: Report Certification
An accredited certifier will review the report and give their approval for submission.
Step 6: Report Sent to You
The account manager will deliver your moisture test report and explain the results. CCMT reports are easy to understand and share with anyone involved in the project. The account manager will answer your questions and advise on the next steps you need to take.
